Question on engine break-in with all new parts

How does one do the "motoman break-in" with an engine running SD, 1150cc, 272 cams for the first time?

Is it not crucial to have it on the road WOT pull within the first 100 miles? How is this possible without installing stock ecu, stock cams, stock injectors. I only have the stock ecu, and 450's.

The best way to do it would be on a Dyno, get a good base tune and get on the road and do some WOT pulls.

I can highly suggest My1gDSM for an internet tune.
My car was started and doing WOT pulls way before 100 miles.
