I've searched but have found no direct answers to my question.
I'm pulling everything from my 95 TSi FWD and putting it into my 96 TSi AWD. 6 bolt, Eprom, fmic, etc..
I have a 255lph in the FWD.
I think I have gathered enough information to say that the pump can be used on the AWD but I'm unsure weather i'll need to purchase another install kit for the pump.
I've looked at all the vendors sites. Slowboy, ExtremePSi, Dejon Tool, MachV, you name it... and I noticed all the vendors offer an option for either a 1G FWD or 1G AWD but when it comes 2G's theres only one parts number offered. There is no FWD or AWD option offered at all. Only 2g.
Now, should I be able to pull out my pump and put it in the AWD or will I need to get another install kit for the pump? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I know tons of DSMers around the area but none of them know the answer on this one. Thanks.
