2G Question about solenoid parts

Hey everyone I just recently bought a 1999 GST and want to start working on it. My biggest concern is the CEL because I can’t pass smog with it on (pain of living in Cali) I have 2 codes, P1104 and P1105 which are both solenoid issues.

I looked at both of them and they seemed fine and all hoses were connected as well so I’m assuming that they’ve just gotten old and have gone bad, let me know if I’m wrong. So I was wondering where I can find these 2 solenoid because I’ve been reading and it seems they don’t make the parts anymore.

Instead of assuming diagnose the solenoid and the harness. See if its an open coil or shorted.
