I had to cut and relocate my engine harness, and i cant seem to find a place for this red/black striped wire off the the resistor pack, ive allready got the 4 injector wires correct, and the correct wires run to the resistor pack. but i have this one left, anybody know which pin it goes to?

( i added 1 large plug for most of my engine harness for convenience! )

after looking at it, it seems to be the same color/type wire as the red/black striped wire from the cas

does it tie in with another wire for a power source? possibly mpi or something?

also, tps's GB wire and coolant temp sensor's GB wire are both sensor ground, can they be tied together?

Striped wires have the stripe running parallel to the wire. That looks like a red wire to me.
The injector resistor power comes from the MPI circuit, same one that feeds the solenoids, MAF, CAS, ECU, ISC, and O2 heater.

The two biggest current hogs on the engine are the injectors (MPI circuit) and coils (Ignition Circuit). Make sure you have good power feeds to both.

Understandable, that's why I mention that it's only the stripes that run with the wire that matter here not the one that run across. That's not always true on other cars or projects.

What is the max current rating for the pins in that connector?

How about the coolant temp sensor and the one wire for the gauge they are both yellow/green i believe, on the ecu side one has bands around it and one is just yellow/green, i assume the banded wire is the gauge?

I do not know. i cut it from another cars wire harness so i assumed it would be sufficient :coy: is that not the case?
