Question about flushing....

I had a question about flushing. I bought one of those prestone flushing kits and it says to attach that piece they give you on the heater core pipe that goes from the firewall to the thermostat housing. Does anyone know which one that is? Is it the one that is located behind the battery? Thanks.

If I had my car here I'd take a pic for you but here it goes...

you should have 2 hoses coming from the firewall....one of them will have the thermostat in its path. That's the line you want.

I've never used the prestone kits I personally just go out and spend the $80 and have it done professionally...no worries of air etc etc etc.

Oh, and this is on a 1G..2G...???
