Im sure this has been asked before but i searched around but couldnt find anything. What kind of oil do you guys use, what thickness and what brand. Any feedback will help. I have a 96 talon tsi awd and im changing my oil tomorrow. I just rebuilt my head, replaced all gaskets, had a valve job done. Its pretty much stock, what kind of oil would you put in it? Also, iv read some posts on flushing the radiator, should i do this myself or is it gonna be alot better to take it to get it done professionally since im sure i have little metal chips floating around from the valve job. One last question, what kind of antifreeze should i use, i live in ohio, the coldest it gets is right below 0 degrees. Thanks guys

Go there to figure out your oil needs. I personally wouldn't use a synthetic oil for the break in, but that's up to you. For Antifreeze, there really isn't much difference between the brands (as far as I can tell) So just make sure you use the amount specified in the manual for the car (You DO have the manual, right? If not, I can scan in the page, since we have the same car.) and you should be fine.
