A/C flushing

You dont flush out an a/c system, dont even try to put anything in it. If its not cooling you might just need to get the system recharged so take it to Napa or any other shop.

Most shops wont touch your car anymore because it was originally an R12 system. If you want your ac you will have to convert to R134-A and probably pay a lot in the process, unless you find a shop that still deals with R12 which will still cost a bit. You will need to have it hooked up and evacuated and then vaccum checked to make sure there arent any major leaks. After that they will put in the proper oil and refridgerant and hope it doesnt leak. If it does, you will have to find the leak and repair it. Unless you have a license you wont be able to just go out and buy R12 from the store like you can with the newer R134A.
