I'm going to be flushing the cooling system on my 91 Talon TSI AWD and replacing the radiator and hoses. After I drain the coolant and fill with water, should I leave the radiator cap on or off? Also, should the thermostat be left in or taken out?

i guess i dont understand what your trying to say. you want the cap on during flushing to keep the pressure and the thermostat can be left in but you could take it out to keep crap from clogging it, just be sure to put it back in
