Quaife problem?

I had a used Quaife front diff. installed a few months ago, and I recently noticed the inside front wheel chirping on tight turns. Is this normal?

No, that is not normal for a helical style diff. My Quaife doesnt do that at all.....

Is it possibly an install problem (not shimmed correctly), or a problem with the diff. itself? Maybe a fluid level problem? I'm going to take th car back to the shop that installed it, and any suggestions as to what the problem might be would be a great help. Thanks.

So what ever did it turn out to be buddy? It's been 8 years you've left us in the dark.
