Putting turbo harness on n/t car.. Helps

So got im putting back together my talon and i pulled the turbo harness off my 90 gst as well as the ecu. should every clip b clipped in? No extra clips or needed ones?
I have one that looks like it should clip in to but to short.

You need to see the manual, because I have seen at lease about three connectors next to the firewall that have not used. the manual is your best bet specially there is no picture to see.

got all of them to hook up, just one that's next to the connectors to the ECU.
and around two or three that hook near the stereo. other then the stereo one of course.
