Im trying to set up my emission lines they were all ripped off I've looked at a bunch of diagrams and it seems like the purge control valve has a line that vents to the atmosphere or does it actually hook up to something I know the two small nipple lines wrap and eventually go to the throttle body and the solenoids and the bigger nipple goes to the evaporated can and where is the othere one going or does it vent to the atmosphere or does it go to the intake somewhere I've saw a pic of one and it looks like theirs a line coming off it? Frustrated and confused LOL thanks for the help:ohdamn:

Because I have to pass emissions? :ohdamn: and I don't really like the smell of gas all the time while I'm getting on my car....

None of that should stop you from passing DEQ in the sense of them needing to function... as long as your car runs right it should pass just fine even with out a Cat. Most people have problems with the visual inspection if there car it's self can pass, depending where you live... .

Either way under your hood and HERE are the factory line routing(3 pics down).

That's the same pic I'm talking about one of the lines off the purge control valve is not attaches yo anything is it vented to open air or is it hooked I've seen a picture of it having a line off it but couldn't see where it went

The line goes from the Charcoal canister to the Purge valve to the Intake... .

I don't really like the smell of gas all the time while I'm getting on my car....
Based on this it sounds like you are trying to address another problem/issue... . Not sure.

Care to elaborate what you mean by "while I'm getting on my car"

Im just trying to figure out what the purge control valve hooks up to...the line in the diagram that goes to nothing I've seen a pic on Google with a line coming off it and I'm thinking I need to have a line aswell or vent it to the atmosphere
