I dont know if this is a old turbo with a new name or im spelling it wrong or what ever but i can't find any thing on this turbo at all!:ohdamn: Does any one have info/experience with it?

60-1 compressor, T31 turbine.

As described in the link above, Dacowgod made 457whp at 30psi with this turbo on his 2G a few years back when it was still a 2.0. The DSM bolt-on turbine housing was horribly restrictive- the turbo didn't make more airflow than a 50-trim until the turbine housing was swapped for a .82 a/r T3 housing.

With the new housing, the turbo was a completely different animal, gaining 10 lb/min of peak airflow at the same boost level (58 lb/min, up from 48 lb/min with the DSM bolt-on housing).

The 60-1 compressor peaks near 60 lb/min of airflow- how your car makes use of that airflow is up to your tune and supporting mods.

Bolting on a certain turbo doesn't guarantee you 600whp any more than the false HP claims that turbo companies use to sell their turbos, like basing horsepower numbers off of the amount of air the cover itself can flow.
