Yes, but if you are a track guy "road racing" then you wouldn't dare look at a turbo that big. You would go with a GT30 or something. A torquey turbo that hits fast and hard. Either way, with big turbo's you make over 400whp anywhere over 4500rpm anyways, if you are that low in the powerband on a road course, then you need to learn how to drive.
