Looking at this turbo - PTE 5130

I was originally looking at getting a Garrett GT3071R or GT3076R, but did not want to go full T3 right away with my car.

I noticed this turbo is the 3071R equivalent and is ball bearing. Most importantly, it is available with a Mitsubishi housing and internal waste gate.

Does anyone have any experience/opinions on this turbo?

They only list a .48 DSM bolt-on turbine housing, which sucks. That housing has less turbine flow capability than a MHI 7cm housing....so you'd better hope the wheel flows enough exhaust to support the compressor or you'll be stuck with a $1250 16G.

What about now that it has t3 .82 ar. Anyone run these? Do they spool that much better then a 5558 / 5858??

I was considering this turbo but seems like i could go bigger for less.
