Guys I need some input on a turbo that I am being offered at a great price. Its a sc6176 it a t3/t4 with an s cover and an .82ar housing. I am a fwd with the following mods ( 6 bolt swap with, 2.3L with wiseco pistons, eagle rods, .20 over,1mm valves, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, balance shat removed, bc 280 cams, rs49t 50 trim,850cc, Dsm link v2, 3 inch turbo back exhaust,intake, short route fmic, hks ssqv, boost and oil pressure gauge, walboro 255hp, aeromotive fpr, act 2600, fidanza flywheel, Illumina 5-way adj shocks with gc coilover, Lc-1 with Db gauge.

I just want some imput if this would be a good turbo 2 go. I just sold my 50 trim and I'm willing to go to a t3/t4. My goal is to get from 450 to 500 and have room for more. If you think theres a bolt on turbo that I could reach this with that dosent cost more then $850 just lmk what it is.

There are tons of turbos that can make that power. The 6176 seems like a bit more than you're wanting. Also, having a lightweight flywheel will make it suck for spool and when it does, being fwd will make you wish you had something smaller that you could drive instead of spin.

Stop bumping your threads.

A very nice 450-500whp turbo is the PTE 6152 in whatever comp housing you want. I like that turbo a lot and would consider it if you are wanting to stay with a mitsu flange.
