What were you taking it off for? How are they "broke"? Why is this stopping you from getting the mount off?

I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that the two bolts for the PS bracket (48013) are broken off in the mount (4813b) the bracket bolts to...

I want to say I have done it before but if memory serves correct I got it off the engine without removing the water pipe but I couldn't get it back on without removing the watter pipe because I couldn't line up the bolts and get them started without removing the water pipe. The only socket I could get to fit in there to get the upper bolts off was one of those snap-on socket/universal combos... FUM12A, Socket, Metric, Universal, Shallow, 12 mm, 12-Point

I was tightening it up because it was loose. The side bolt that prevents it from pivoting was broke also so only one bolt was holding it tight. Once that one snapped I realized the other one was broke off in that mount also. I thought it just got lost.
