Prothane Install, HELP NEEDED!

I have searched, both here and online, and can't seem to find an install instruction set for their urethane bushings. I've watched how to press the oem bushings out and replacement of oem bushings but can't find anything on the prothane ones. Do you install them simultaneously from both sides since they kind of "sandwich" together? Do you still use a bushing press? If anyone can provide any insight I would be much appreciated!

Perhaps you could specify what bushings you are trying to replace.

I have never had to use a press to put aftermarket bushings in and I did "sandwich" them in. But it would help to know which bushings you are replacing.

The ones i have slip right in i put some wd 40 and they whent in like butter. Try lube

Sorry, I have the Porthane Total Kit so I would like to use all of the bushings included. Right now though I am working on the Upper and Lower Control Arm bushings.
