allright, this looks like crap, is this fuel cut that i'm getting at 5524 and up? cause right about then, the boost just falls on its face, which i know the t-25 can't hold it up high too well, but i don't really know whats going on here, any help is much appreciated!..thanks.

Dustin

Trust, you would know if you were hitting fuel cut because the car feels like it hit a brick wall when you do it.

well, right around 5k or 5.5k, it almost feels like i'm letting off the throttle, and boost drops to about 11 or 12 psi....is this just how the t-25 is? that it drops that much? thanks

Dustin

oh yea, and also, main thing here, why are my front o2's falling so bad, and rear o2's so rich?? thats what i really don't get.

Dustin

Dead O2 sensor typicall is the result is low O2 readings. The T25 will not hold alot of boost, but i THINK it should be able to hold 15psi, but i'm not for certain (given enough airflow).

well, i don't think its a dead o2 sensor, i just put it in about two months ago, and i've only driven the car about 150 miles since....i don't know, i'll play with it some once i get my safc, see if i can get them up. thanks.

You got it. The t-2Small can't keep up with the motor after that. It just can't flow enough air.

Log airflow vs. rpm for us. I'm curious to see where you are at. This will also give us an idea if you are in the fuel cut range. Fuel cut feels like the tranny/motor locked up and is accompanied by a VERY loud backfire and large puff of black smoke out back. You will be looking in your mirror to see if you left any parts on the road (after you pry your teeth out of the steering wheel).

Not sure why the 02s are falling off so bad. Looking at your log, you are obviously not running that lean and knocking, otherwise timing would be pulled and it is going smoothly to 20.

The rear 02 shows that your catconverter is working like it should. It is showing full rich because the cat is using up almost all of the oxygen in converting HO and CO to H2O and CO2.

I would also be interested in a log showing several gear pulls back to back. What I am thinking is you may have a bum 02 sensor that is reading falsely low when it gets hot. If you could run through the gears several times logging it all (rpm, timing, 02#1 - don't need 02#2) for a few minutes, we could see what happens when you keep the sensor hot. If the 02's stay low, that could be a possibility, especially if your timing stays high.

Let us know what you find.

Also, I have one other question for you. This log was without the afc hooked up, so unless I'm missing something, i'm not sure how your getting more than 15.7 degrees of timing advance because that's the max for a 2g after 6500rpms.

yes, that is without the safc, only fuel mod i have right now is a walbro 190......but i got a log today, it was pretty crappy though, cause i came up on a whole bunch of traffic. this log is about two minutes long, and from what i can see, at 6748 (in second gear), i had 20 degrees of timing, 25.59 airflow, and .92 on o2 number one....it is about 15 to 20 degrees warmer here today, than the other logs....but i'll try to post up tonight, cause i have class in 10 min, till 9 tonight. thanks.

Dustin

ps, i'll try to get a better log, but car goes in tomorrow afternoon for a new fuel filter, and then when i get it back, the ecu goes out to dsmchips.com to get an eprom chip put in.:thumb:

nope, only mods i have done, is air filter, full dejon piping, 1g bov, mbc, gauges and walbro 190 right now.

Thats the max if you are flowing a lot of air(its really 16 degrees, but 15.7 is close enough). Not flowing a lot of air, like you would see due to a small turbo at low boost, then you get more timing.

allright, sorry guys, been real busy around here lately, i'm just going to post the best part of this log, cause its so long, unless you want the whole thing, but cause of traffic i was cruising most the time;

2nd gear o2v. timing airflow
3088 .2 16 9.3
3332 .92 9 10.22
4372 .92 9 15.34
5324 .94 9 22.45
3rd gear
4040 .94 13 25.14
4164 .92 5 19.6
5024 .94 8 21.29
5340 .94 11 23.31
5860 .94 14 24.21
6152 .94 17 25.08
6748 .92 20 25.59

got my car back today, and i now know what fuel cut feels like, god that sucked...but wont be for long, sending my ecu out probably tomorrow to keydiver.com. thanks.
