This my first turbo car and i know the basics with it. My 92 laser is stock and the guy i got it from said it was running 15psi. It was running fine until yesterday. The problem is when boost starts the car starts to shake and feel like it develops a bad misfire. I think when it reaches around 7-9 psi it starts doing it. Ive heard it can be the wastegate or the injection timing or its running to much boost. Like i said im new with all the turbo stuff. Anything feedback would be helpful.

I would start with a boost leak test.

Check boost controller make sure its no ebay cheap trash. If it is that can be your problem. If not then check for boost leaks.
Make sure the vaccum line from boost controller to the turbo is properly installed.
