So ive tried doing some research on the internet, and also on this forum and I cant seem to find anything on my issue. Hopefully one you guys could help me out.
My car runs pretty well except for 1 problem. When im just cruising, and i slowly give it more gas without making it downshift "Its a/t" It builds its 8-9 lbs of boost, then it starts running like shit, and sounding horrible. If I keep trying to give it more gas, the whole car starts to studder, and make a weird sort of studdering sound untill i let off the gas. When i let off the gas, you can tell its release ALOT of boost from the bov. I had it down at a DSM shop by me, and he advised that i check my bov, because that was probably the issue. Ive been meaning to get a new one anyway, so I just bought a simple JDM one, and im waiting for it to get here. If the BOV is not the case, is there anything else I should look for, or check for?
