Problem on a 95 tsi awd

I have a 95 talon tsi awd, and its a manual. I recently did an engine swap into my car, and now once I get up to 60mph or so whenever I press on the gass, the seems to make an extra amount of vibrations. I was curious on what it can be? Any ideas?

the engine vibrates or the car? If the car is vibrating, balance your tires. If the engine seems to vibrate more than your previous, then the balance shafts might have been removed for a little more hp
