95 talon tsi awd problem boosting

I've got a problem with my 95 talon tsi awd that I've been trying to figure out and I just can't figure it out.
My problem with my car is that everytime I try to boost past 10psi the car studders or bogs or something I can't figure it out.
If anybody can give me any advice or any ideas to fix this let me know

Quite possible that its a simple boost leak. Ive been having the same problem lately. Try taking a look at your couplers and making sure their all tight and on securely. Then do a boost leak test.

I've checked for a boost leak and can't find any. Also I do have an aftermarket turbo xs manual boost controller and greddy bov if that helps but my car basically acts like there is boost cut off

Is the blow off valve you have ajustable? Cause if it is then you could have it set to loose and boost leak through the bov it self

I tightened up the bov last night and it seemed to help out a bit but the problem still exhists
