Hello everyone, I will be timing my car here soon and priming the oil pump before I install the tbelt and time it. I was wondering... I'm sure in order for me to prime the oil pump my 90 style ofh connections to the oil cooler will need to be hooked up to the cooler or somehow have them sealed in order to prime the motor. I want to see what people are doing to prime the oil pump with the connections on the ofh not connected. Is there a way to do it w/o hooking up those connections? Im talking about the two blue connections in the pic below. Thanks in advance.

If your hose has -AN fittings on both sides just connect both ends of one to it. Im not sure where the -AN block off nuts can be found.

I had to prime mine not too lone ago. Off course all the belts were off. I found that a couple of the tension mounting bolt holes are tapped into the oil gally. Like the balance shaft tentioner bolt hole. I think there was another one too. Anyway, When I put the drill motor to the pump shaft and it started to build pressure. Oil started coming out of them.(bolt holes) I put sealer on them when I put my belts on. It was only one source of my leaks. Hey, It's a 4G63.
