I have a brand new fuel pump and the car still will not start. The pump spins when you turn over the engine, but does not prime when I first turn on the key.
All fuses are good, and I do not know how the wiring system for the pump is, nor the location of the priming relay, etc. Any suggestions? Im at a loss.

). This does explain my absence of FP before crank but it just seems odd that it would be intentional from factory. I thought I had a faulty fuel return (one-way) valve.
