Power window help

Im so sorry to be posting this but i am fed up with this window. The motor went and i changed it. Now it seems like i put something on wrong/backwards (i think) when i push the buttin to make it go up the tracks seem to come outward. I think there suppose to go inward . Anyone ever run into this problem i can't seem to figure it out. Anyone got a good write up on this junk? The haynes book don't do justice please any input for the idiot

do the windows go up ok other than that? Do you have the track bolted down normally the track should not move.

no it only goes half way up because i run out of track it looks like. I think some how i got the track wheels moving the oppisite way if thats possible

you may have the track to tight and it is binding
