1G power transistor the same?

Are the the same from AWD to FWD to N/T to Turbo on 91-94 DSMs

I can tell you they are different between the 90's and 91-94's. weather or not their different from the 2's, no idea

According to CAPS, '90 is different from '91-'94, which are both different from 2g's.

I didn't even see one when looking under a few N/A's.

2g power transistor is the same used on 91-94 vehicles (7 prongs)
90 Dsm's have a 5 prong unit.

Short answer: Yes, they are the same for n/a, turbo, fwd or awd.

I think the difference between the 91+ 1G and the 2G is the metal mount. As Stainbox12 points out they are plug compatible. The PTM is used on the 4 cyl DOHC engines NT and turbo.
