####,
I am about to replace my rack due to leaks and I found the site www.steeringrack.com who lists several different part #'s for steering racks between the eagle/mitsu/plymouth manufactures.

If you take a look at their site you will see what I mean. They sell domestic racks for 119 or foreign racks for 219. This can make a big difference since they list the plymouth/eagle as domestic for 119 and the mitsu as foreign for 219

Anyone with any experience please chime in as I am tired of pulling to the light and people thinkin my car is on fire or something. I want to order one of these racks this week.

Thanks
Dan

So I take it that there is no difference between FWD/AWD or A/T vs M/T?

Thanks for the help I will order this tomorrow and see how things work out.

That is what I was worried about. I looked under the mitsu line and they do have awd model listed but it says automatic transmission. Any difference between a manual and auto?

Well I ordered form them today and they did say there was a difference between the fwd/awd models and they did say there was a difference between the AT/MT.

Anyways to make a long story short, I ordered a 90 AWD MT and the total with return shipping prepaid was just at 250 and I will get a 99 core back. I will update on how everything works out and this may be a good buy for people since it is so cheap.

Thanks everyone for the input.

I know this is old, but I was looking an tech article from the dealer yesterday, and it stated the 1G auto TURBO rack is 2.4 turns lock to lock, where the MT racks are 2.7 turns lock to lock. Going to try an AT turbo rack on the car Im building now.
