2G Power steering noise

My 95 Talon tsi is making a squeal/ growling sound on warm up . I replaced the power steering pump and the noise is still there. The sounds goes away after it's fully warmed up. Any ideas?

Are you certain its coming from the power steering and not next too the pump like near the exhaust manifold? Because that sure sounds like an exhaust leak especially since is only when you rev it. You may have a cracked manifold or a bad exhaust gasket and it goes away after warm up because of expansion.

Have you chased the sound down with a stethoscope? That'd tell you right away if it was the PS pump or not.
