When I turn left or right I hear a Big Bang so I look at my steering rack and I can see the pressure feed line going into the rack slam against the firewall ??????? Any ideas as to why its doing that.

Sounds loose huh Paul or completely missing its bolts that hold it to the car. That line should never move.

yup sounds like bolts are missing, broken or both. Check for leaks after you get it tightened all down - could have broken the boots or the seals on the p/s pressure , suction lines

Well I've checked nothing is loose just wondering if it has anything to do with my steering rack it does leak about 1 dot every 100 miles. Just doesn't make sense as to why that hose slams against the firewall when I turn left or right.
