My power steering belt broke and took out my alternator belt so I replaced the belts and the power steering belt just keeps breaking. Why does it do this cause it's really pissing me off

Could be defective belts, or you're tightening them too tight. However, if the belt was too tight you'd get other problems. Were these new or old spare belts? Rubber accessory belts shouldn't just break. They're more likely to pop off the pulleys.

First time i guess it was too loose, poped off and got shredded. Second time it was squealing really loud so I sprayed some belt dressing on and it made it like sticky and it broke. What is good to use on these belts?

You could try sanding the WATER pump pulley where the belt rides. I say this pulley, because its the drive pulley. Do the power steering pulley while you are at it. You just need to knock the shine off.
Focus on the sides of the 'v' , that is where most of the contact takes place.
When installing the belt, make sure all the pulley bolts are tight, drive it around the block to heat it up and then retighten if needed.

It may be possible one of your pulleys are bent or something is not lining up. If it is cockeyed it will snap those belts.

the other thing I can think of is that you have them too tight.

You dont need belt dressing ever, Its a temporary cover up for a problem such as a worn out belt or something like stated above.

Alright so I bought a new belt and got a 3 year warranty and put it on but it popped off the tensioner pulley in less than a day. Is there any way to move that pulley over cause it doesn't seem like its lined up right? Thanks for your help guys

Yes there's a way to fix your car. It was built by man; pretty sure it can be fixed by man as well.
I would fix it for you, but my arms aren't long enough. However, if you want to bring it by my shop, it should be really simple.

Haha thanks but I'd rather do it myself. From what I read there is a new ps pump bracket that's suppose to fix this but I can't find out where to get it.

Or can I just put a couple of washers on the bracket to move it over. Anyone know?
