Power at fog light relay but not connector

Nm, I resolved the issue.

If you don't mind me asking, what was the issue?

Either I tripped a self resetting breaker(idk if it has one on that circuit or not) by accidentily grounding a power wire, or the ground on my test light wasn't good.

Oh I see. Well that's what a relay does. Its supposed to reset itself after being tripped.

No that is not what a relay does, relays are used to reduce the amount of heavy gauge wiring in a car, they allow the manufacturers to use a small gauge wire to send a large current to a device. It is an electromagnetic switch, triggered by another switch, or a computer, and when switched it completes a separate, heavier duty circuit capable of handling the necessary amperage to the device. Without having to run said heavy duty circuit all the way to the switch inside the cabin.

I was referring to a self resetting breaker, and I truthfully don't know if there even is one on the foglights on these cars, self resetting breakers are typically used in place of fuses for components vital to safety, such as headlights, or windshield wipers.
