I have a 92 TSi AWD 6/4 5-speed and eprom. Dejon intake, MBC, ISC removed.
The car won't start. The starter just turns the engine. I tried feathering the throttle while starting it but nothing. On the next attempt, it will sputter for a second then just continue to crank. I sprayed carb cleaner in the manifold while a friend started to crank it and it started up. It idled at 600rpm poorly then died. We used the carb cleaner again to get it started. This time we had the throttle wide open and it just stayed at 600rpm for about 10 seconds before slowly increasing. It won't rev past 4500-5500rpm.
At this point I'm thinking its a fuel issue being that it can't idle or fire up on its own. Here's what I've done: compression test(120, 120, 115, 120), changed the throttle body, CAS, fuel pump(walbro 255 low pressure) and injectors. I can't do a boost leak test the car is in the middle of a field and I don't have boost leak tester. I'm kind of lost at the moment, the MPI Relay and ECU could be next to be changed out. So any help is appreciated. Thank you.
