Porting intake

I figured while i have the motor and trans out i was going to mess wit proting the intake and shit so i dont have to do it later. Would doing that mess wit the computer any? I plan on getting injectors, tobular header and a t3/t4 hybrid. Among other things. But i was just wonderin if porting the intake would screw wit a stock computer?

Just match the intake port and cylinder head port for a smooth flow. No the computer will not be affected.

it won't mess with your computer....gasket match both the intake mani and the head and your good to go

Thanks guys. Just wanted to double check. This is a different question now. But does anyone have a 5-spped for a turbo car thats for sale anywhere near southern kansas? I cant find one.
