Well, Since my motor is being built and coming soon, i have some parts off my car that can be ported right?

I am gettin a motor with no BShafts and i want to port the oil relief, but i heard of problems from doing it, someone told me "oil splash problem" But this was also the same person who told me to run my internal wastegate boost signal from my intake manifold, telling me that the vacuum from the manifold was essential to my wastegate. Maybe essential for overboost.

Anyway, porting the oil relief a good idea?

Also, should i port my stock 02 housing? where do i port it to defend creep?

Anything else to port?? Throttle body? intake manifold, exhaust manifold? Turbo? anything..

I have all the parts what should i port!

thanks!

You can dremel off the ridge in the throttle body elbow and knife edge the throttle plate. You could port the inside of the intake manifold if you wanted, but I don't think it will help much. Your probably better off buying a new one. Some people might tell you that the inside of the int manifold has to stay rough so that the fuel can atomize in the air from the turbulence caused by the air fuel charge passing by the rough walls. Someone once tried telling me that on this forum, but thaht only goes for carburated vehicles. Are fuel is never in the intake manifold. That's all I can say. I don't know about the oil relief or the other things. Hope I helped.

for your turbo port the lip of and make the path to the WG as strait as posible to increase flow.
for the o2 your wana make the dp end outlet bigger as well as match the turbo side to the hot side for the turbo and as for your header mani patch it with your gaskets. (i recomend getting an after market o2 housing cause with the stock one you will still see some creep.)

for the oil housing its a must to port the rv or your going to over run the engine with oil pressure lots of threads about it here just search as for your WG just tap an inter cooler line and use that as your source so your not sharing with anything else and cause bad response
