so here is the story

i had huge idle problems

my dsm was idleing around 3000 rpm

me and my friend recalibrated the closed tb swich and the tb cable

idle is down to 900 rewing to 1500

we did a boost leak test no boost leaks ( 25 psi test :thumb:)

so we ajusted the biss screw and same thing my School MECANICS Teacher sugested that maybe the tb was not ported properly

I tend to tink that the ISC is not working properly.

Any sugestions

by the whay the tb was ported by DSM THrottle Bodys

p.s Sorry for my Bad English

i did hooked them up that plus the cables makes a diffrence

is it normal to move the tb by heand all the whay like more then 180 degrees
( i cant realy explain it )

You should should get some brake cleaner and spray around your engine to see where you have a leak at...when you find a leak the car will rev up and down like a idle surge. ALso make sure your isc motor is not stuck wide open

i used soapy water when i did the boost leak test :thumb: at my school we used a smoke machine to detect any leaks from these tests i can say there is no leaks from the tb gaskets , intake manifold, or vaccum lines or intercooler what so ever,

we whant to ajust ignition timming ,the thing is we cant if the idle is not stable so i need to fix this before i can realy boost

i know the closed tb sensor works fine

my ajustable tb sensor is a 2g can that make a diffrence? plus its not ajusted to the 10% like the logger says?

when you press the biss screw in the idle dosent go down so is it the ISC ?????
