popping noise

well i got my act 2600 and xact clutch installed got it back today, everything seems to be fine, but i noticed i can feel through my feet and hear a little pop when i jerk the wheel left to right, pops when all the way left and all the way right, axles?... just curious what this is i doubt anything serious though, doesnt do it under acceleration, or braking

i would be willing to bet that it has to do with the power steering rack, and yeah... if thats what it is, if you dont have any control issues while driving the car and your power steering is not going out (fluid leak) then I would not worry about it, untill the part goes out and needs replacing. I had a mazda that made pop noise when turned to the extreme left or right, the problem started occuring after les schwabs did my allignment and was off an entire rotation of the steering wheel and broke the stops inside the power steering rack... what idiots.

yea thats possible, the mechanics havent figured it out yet, it will also do it when im just driving or coasting going straight...
