Are You wanting to keep them from popping up, or are you wanting to replace them??? If You are wanting to keep them from popping up, pull the fuse that's underneath the hood.

Try a "snake eyes" and "lazy eyes" search.

i dont want the lights i have now to be stationary. I want a set of lights that will swap in with the flip ups that are permanant. As in you dont have to set it at a certain height and hope you don't hit a button on the dash to reset them.
