polyurethane inserts need help Tulsa oklahoma

ok i bought the inserts now i just need help findin an arbor press to get them in... i have called several places, automotive machine shops, repair shops, local race teams i just dont know what to do or look... front motor mount is shot all to hell and i and im setting at a dead end

You don't need a press. Did you get the prothane or the energy suspension? Neither of them replace the front mount, they just use an insert. If the stock mount is broken you would need to replace it before you install the polyurethane insert.

There are a ton of write ups on how to install them without a press.

yeah front motor mount is an insert. youll definetly will need to hit up a junkyard for a new one before you can insert the polyurthane inserts. as for the other mounts you dont need a press. you can either use a torch or do what i did and heat up a knife, cut out the rubber part out. then use a saw to cut through the metal ring and it will pop right out.

i got the hole package and i know that the right egine mount is just an inserts the front left and rear are not they need to be pressed out with an arbor press so if anyone knows of any body that could help me out let me know thanks p.s. front of the engine is at the cam gears....... they are energy suspension

With the Prothane kit the side engine mount, the transmission mount, and the rear mount are complete mounts, the front is the insert. Whick kit did you get?
