So I am wondering if anyone has the 'newer' set of 1G motor mounts where the front insert is the full insert now. Do you press\cut the old mount in like you do on the side mounts?

If its a full insert, I would say yes, press or cut out. Are the sizes the same, full insert to your mount? If so, that should answer your question.

It's the exact same as the rear insert. I was just wondering as any info I have found on the 1G kit is all with the 2 halves that you insert into the stock mount. Seeing if anyone had the 'newer' kit and how they did it.
