####,
just changed the batteries in my m100 and went to take a ride in the car and couldnt find the program in the pda anymore. is this normal?

It is normal if you really let the Battery of the PDA drain itself out (for a really long time)
But, if you have Hotsync all you have to do is dowload it againg and you will be fine.

BTW that is the reason why I got the m130 rechargable battery cheap and doesn't die on me. :p

thanks for the information. i changed the batteries as soon as i noticed the warning and i did it quickly. i didnt realize it would loose the program.

Ive heard of that happening to alot of people, Is the pocketlogger a good tool or should I just save and get DSMLink.

Yeah.. thats the one thing that i hate...Im going to have to get a rechargeable battery or something that last longer.

Go with the DSMlink if you have the money to... Youve got a '95 with an EPROM ECU... so youre already at an advantage.

I'm making a power supply circuit for other members on the board that utilizes your car's battery when it's turned on - but the Palm's battery's when it's turned off. That way you don't waste either battery. PM me if you're interested.

It depends on the mods that you have or you plan to get. My cousin has a MR2 that is now fully built and so now he is selling all of his various controllers to get AEM EMS so it really depends how many mods and how far you plan on taking it. John
