ok im very new to tuning so im confuesed i just went out to my car let it warm up and played around with my pocketlogger, how do i get the log i saved onto my pda to my pc. i have it hooked up to my serial port and everything? anyone know.

ok ok never mind. i figured it out, but how the hell do i tune my car now. im confuesed as a mother F(*&*ER. i read the tuning guide but im still alittle stumped. can someone direct me in the right direction or give me some help

what do you have to tune with? im pretty sure the pocketlogger doesnt tune anything.... its like a monitor.... if you hook it up to a computer it displays stuff, but you cant change anything with the monitor, you have to do that with the keyboard, which is sold seperately..... aka what do you want to tune

just fuel?

timing?

everything?

there are things that tune just what you need and things that tune everything

dsmlink or an aem ems are the best ways to tune everything imo, and if you just want simple tuning abilities id say go with something like a safc2 or whatever you need for tuning...

next step is to buy AFC. He already has a logger, so DSMlink is less of an option cause then he woulda wasted his money on the logger.

Still, you could use DSMlink, but that requires a few things:
1) laptop
2) DSMlink
3) 95 eprom ECU
4) maybe some cables or some shit, but i dont know.

yes i have the safc II it hooked up already.

im just trying to tune the LTFT, im not doing the Hi throttle. just the part where you idle your car in neutral and rev it up to certain rpms. im stuck guys help bad
