PO120 Tp Sensor Malfunction
I'm aware that I need to fix it, and set it to the correct voltage and what not.

PO136 o2 sensor circuit malfunction (Bank 1 sensor 2)
I searched and read that this means there's something wrong with the 02 sensor near the catalytic converter. Well i don't have the catalytic and i replaced the 02 sensor with the one that comes with the AEM wide band. so that explains that one.

PO141 Downstream Ho2S Heater Failure (m/t)
I've replaced my 02 sensor on the 02 housing about 3 times now. So im not sure what to make of this code that is an on going problem. I know the sensor starts going bad or is bad already by my car initiate a 2 step launch while im moving at 4k rpm's.

PO325 Knock Sensor #1 Circuit
 What can i do to make this code go away? LOL

If anyone can please help me or point me in the right direction to go ahead and clear up these codes. Please and Thank you

Well your 2- o2 sensor problems are coming from the rear o2 not the front o2 sensor...The rear o2 sensor is after the cat converter, and roughly right below the drivers seat in a 2g....Trust me I know LOL...Not the 1 in the o2 housing

PO325 Buy a new Knock sensor

So nothing is wrong with the front one? Because I've replaced 2 times already when the car starts to do that 2-step thing.
And the one under the driver seat has been replaced with the one that the AEM wideband came with. Guessing I need to run a piggyback.

Super! LOL.

I edited your post...thats your problem...your rear o2 probably isnt even hooked up or something....Best thing to do is either

A: weld a o2 bung onto your exhaust and put rear o2 back into the stream...or.
B: get ECMLink and disable the CEL for the Rear o2
