1. Use descriptive thread titles.
2. Be descriptive in your posts.
3. Black can indicate a rich condition.

Your blinky 02 guage is all but useless being that it relies on the stock O2 sensor. What does "reads stock" mean?

Edit: Please attempt to type properly, unless English is not your first language.

I think you need a new o2 sensor possibly, I think Lando is correct in saying you are probably running pig rich and maybe that is because of your o2 sensor maybe not, but it doesnt hurt to try. I'd also suggest trying different plug/wire combo... Maybe your knocking, do you have a datalog we can look at? maybe your o2's are going crazy rich.. Also what setup do you have, stock boost?

my set up is mbc 12lbs of boost, greedy bov flanged to full greedy icp, msd sparkplugwires with the bpr7s spark plugs

Also i dont have a datalog and when i start my car in the morings i here this tereble noise that sounds like a cliking of some sort untill it warms up

What are the plugs gapped to, out of curiosity?

When was the O2 sensor last replaced?

The sound in the morning is most likely lifter tick, which is common.

im dont know what the sparkplugs are gaped too i never toched that the plugs are the iridium bpr6s that i have in there right now and im going too change them tomarow with the bpr7s again if that helps any, and for the o2 sensor i havent changed that since i had the car but the car only has 65xxxmiles on it so i dont see how that could have gone bad

YOu arent venting the bov to the atmosphere are you?? it deff sounds rich as everyone else has stated. and other condition such as ruff idle or hard to start or bucking or missing under load? there are so many things that could cause this and you havnt given enough info to get good help

I am unfamiliar with the iridium plugs. Throw in a set of good 'ol BPR6ES plugs gapped at .28 and drive it around a little.

My first 02 sensor went at 40xxx, so don't assume you can eliminate that factor.

I am venting to the atmosphere, it has no ruff idle or hard to to start and for bucking or missing under load i dont know?

Recirculate your bov and use standard ngk bpr6es. It definately sounds like a rich condition so eliminate theses variables first. Dont run a plug as cold a the 7es untill you have more turbo running at least 16-18psi. The colder plug will cause slower burn rate and with low boost on the t-2small, you arent getting complete combustion. Im not going to explain why not to vent because if you dont already know, you shouldnt be modding your car at all.

Ill by the new o2 senser and recirculate the bov and by a new pair of sparkplugwires and ill see what happens from their, if it is a rich problem what can i do besides what you guys told me to let it run more lean.

Are you even checking the gap on your plugs before you put them in, or are you putting them in straight from the box? That could be your problem as well.....

I agree with everybody else, your troubleshooting descriptions are hard to understand. Having a GREDDY bov wouldnt be making your plugs foul out. Check your FPR also, im surprised nobody or YOU have checked that. I had one that was stuck shut, so it just dumped ungodly amounts of fuel in and the exhaust would be black and burn your eyes. Fuel pressure regulator is kinda cheap..not really but..yeah. www.partsformitsubishi.com has what you need. :thumb: :talon:
