I just bought a tsudo downpipe, and was told it was a full 3 inch diameter, only to find it was a 2.5" to 3". So now I'm debating on 1.) keeping it and buying a 2.5" 02 housing, or 2.) returning it, and getting a 3" 02 eliminator downpipe.

My goal for the car is mid 11's or low 12's.

Another question- isn't having a 3'' downpipe/exhaust kind of pointless if you're running a 2.5" 02 housing? Aren't you only going to get as much flow as the 02 housing can provide to the rest of the exhaust?

I'd say go with option #2 if your looking for mid 11's or low 12's. Your gonna need the full 3 inches.

If I were to just get a full 3" downpipe, would it even bolt up to the stock 02 housing until I bought a 3" 02 housing?

I have a 3" downpipe on right now. It bolted up fine to the stock O2 housing.
