please help blue/white smoke on decell on rebuilt long block

I just finished rebuilding my long block it has about 250km on it just breaking it in. When i build any boost at all it puffs blue when i let off the gas and when i hold full bosst for a few seconds it pisses smoke like you wouldent beleave blue and white when i let off a giant cloud. this is the exact same problem I had before the rebuild. There is oil all through my IC pipes and BOV and intake pipe is it my turbo seals I'm hopping so the turbo boosts fine though it has 181 000km on it. Im very discouraged after spending $5000 on this enginge and the thing just pisses smoke like before and burns just as much oil.

I'm no expert, but if I had to take a guess, I'd say check your turbo. Is it the same one you had before the rebuild?

Answer:

I'm hopping so the turbo boosts fine though it has 181 000km on it.

Apparently its used, and is probably the same one before the rebuild.
