Blue Smoke on Deceleration

My 92 Laser AWD is puffing blue on deceleration and a tiny bit at startup i think its probally the valve guides or maybe the vale seals but i don't think its the valve seals because the previous owner had them changed im probally going to pull the head and replace the guides and the seals but i just want to make sure before i do that Iv heard this can be a common problem on these cars the car has 180 00 Kms on it.

1) Failed oil ring(s) in the block
2) Failed valve seal(s) in the head
3) Failed turbo oil seal
4) May be poor fit between the valves and the valve guides. Especially on rebuilt heads.

Most likely the valve seals. The increased vacume during decel sucks oil down the valve stems.
