Blue Smoke!

I notice when my car idles for about 15 seconds I rev it a little and puff a blue smoke cloud comes out. My air/fuel gauge reads im running rich so what do I do? My engine light also comes on after about 2 minutes of driving. maybe an o2 sensor? I have 165 psi in all cylinders so Im pretty sure its not burning oil unless the turbo is. THanks

my neighbors GTI does the same thing, he has bad turbo seals.
