piston to wall

ok so i just got my block back from the shop. and it's all good to put the good stuff in her. im going to put weisco pistons and eagle rods and acl main and rod bearings. the thing is how do i check the piston to wall clearance the best way. need help fello dsmers

the common way is to use a telescoping gauge on the cylinder bore, measure it with a micrometer and then measure the piston with the micrometer... use simple to subtraction to find out the clearance
