I just got this 95 GSX and while doing some maintenance I noticed that the oil feed line was pinched off intentionally in the picture I’ve attached and in the second picture I show where the oil feed now is. Is this okay? Or should I buy new parts to reroute it to the factory location. Also could this be why my oil pressure gauge doesn’t work?

I believe that's the line that feeds the OEM turbo off of the oil cooler housing. It looks like a previous owner is using the braided line off the side of the head to supply oil to the turbo - which is fairly normal for an aftermarket turbo. That's probably why the original is pinched off - to be done correctly it should have just been completely removed. And no, that probably doesn't have anything to do with your oil pressure gauge not working. Most like that is a bad or missing sender. Check the oil cooler where the sender is mounted.
