Well, I just installed my B&M insert and it was pretty simple. Once the tranny is out of the car, it's a piece of cake. Impact tools are a must getting the two 36mm bolts off along with the bolts on the ring gear on the diff its self. After I got the ring gear off of the diff, the pin fell out, then I just pulled the big shaft out, slipped the LSD insert on, slide it all back together and slapped the ring gear back on. Didn't have to beat on the diff at all.
